Intentional Living Circle - Buddhist Perspective: Peaceful and Wrathful Deities of the Enneagram
Explore the Enneagram through a Buddhist lens, examining the Peaceful and Wrathful Deities associated with each point and how these energies can help you wake up and experience life with more presence.
Intentional Living Circle - Beyond the Ideal Self
Each Enneagram type strives to embody a specific image ideal. It shapes how we live, our values and strengths, but also our blind spots. Exploring and questioning this image can open the door to more freedom and self-understanding.
Description: Each Enneagram type carries an ideal image, a sense of the kind of person you want to be. This ideal can be inspiring, shaping your strengths and the ways you contribute to the world. It gives you direction and meaning.
At the same time, this image can become restrictive. When it turns into something you feel you must live up to, it can create pressure, triggers, blind spots, and a sense of falling short. Parts of your experience that do not fit the image may be overlooked or be subject to an inner critic.
In this Intentional Living Circle, we will explore the image ideal of each Enneagram type and how it shows up in your life. You will have space to reflect on what you resonate with and how this image shapes your life and sense of self.
We will also gently challenge these ideals by exploring where they do not fully hold true and what they means for you. By loosening your grip on the image, you open space for more flexibility, honesty, and a fuller experience of who you are.

Reconnect with your core values and align your life with what matters to you most going into 2026.
How We Relate: Object Relations Triads
The Enneagram’s Object Relations triads show three ways we relate to others to get our needs met. We will look at how each type expresses its pattern and reflect on how they show up in us. (First in a two part series on Object Relations, come to either or both.)
Working With Triggers Through Object Relations
Object Relations helps us see how present triggers connect to past stories. Reflect on recent examples that activated us and learn practical tools for working with future triggers. (Second in a two part series on Object Relations, come to either or both.)
Widening the Field: Using Harmony Triads for Balance and Growth
The Harmony Triads show how each type can tap into all three centers of intelligence, life-energies, and emotional regulation styles. Learn to move beyond the limits of your core type to access a broader range of strengths and perspectives.
How We Move Through the World: Enneagram Stances
The Enneagram’s Hornevian triads (or stances) show three ways of moving through the world: toward, against, and away. Explore how each type expresses its stance and how awareness of these patterns can bring insight to the ways we connect, assert, and create space in relationships.
Navigating Polarities: Wisdom in the Tension Between Opposites
Not every challenge is a problem to be solved. Some are polarities to be managed. We’ll explore how seemingly opposing forces (like structure and flexibility, independence and connection, action and rest) can form a dynamic system rather than a conflict with a “right” side. Instead of choosing one and eliminating the other, we’ll explore how to move wisely between both poles to access the strengths of each.
Three Ways of Coping: Enneagram Types Under Stress
Discover how the Enneagram’s harmonic triads reveal three distinct ways of coping with life’s challenges. Explore how each type uses its style to regulate emotion, what strengths and limits come with it, and how understanding these patterns can open space for choice, connection, and compassion.
Head, Heart, and Body Types: Exploring the Centers of Intelligence
Explore how the Enneagram’s three centers of intelligence, the body, heart, and head, shape the way you experience the world. We will look at how each type relates to its center, the themes that emerge from each, and the core emotion that influences behavior and perception.
Rising and Falling: The Whole Spectrum of Type
Explore the high and low sides of the Enneagram points and learn how awareness can help you shift when unhealthy expressions of personality show up.
Seeing Ourselves through Enneagram Triads
Explore the Enneagram through its many triads and discover how shared patterns of feeling, relating, and responding shape your experience. This conversation offers space for reflection, connection, and new insight into the rhythms that live within us all.
What Each Type Seeks and How We Get in the Way
What each Enneagram type is truly seeking and how habitual patterns can get in the way. Gain insight and tools to recognize these patterns and open more fully to what is already available in your life.
Enneagram and the Process of Transformation
Explore how the Enneagram maps the cycle of change and reveals the “shock points” that call us to take the next step in growth.
Unmasking Identity: A Journey Beyond Who We Think We Are
Explore how your identity is shaped — and what becomes possible when you release it. A fresh, Enneagram-informed look at ego, essence, and the freedom of not needing to be who you've always been.
Emotions as Messengers
Emotions don't just make you feel good or bad. They can be powerful messengers, bringing guidance and resources to help us navigate our lives more wisely. Yet, in our fast-paced and often emotionally disconnected world, we can be overwhelmed by our emotions or sometimes become numb to them. We may try to control, suppress, or avoid them altogether, missing out on the essential guidance they offer.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore a more intentional way of relating to emotions. Learn to:
Listen for the message within the emotion
Gain some space to be with emotions mindfully
Shift from reacting to emotions to receiving and responding with awareness
Whether you tend to be overtaken by emotions or try to avoid them, this session will offer practical and compassionate ways to reconnect with the inner guidance your emotions may bring.

Neuroscience Behind the Enneagram
Ever wondered what’s happening in the brain causing enneagram type to show up? Where do enneagram types come from and how do they form? What’s really going on when our attention keeps going back to the same place? Come to this session to find out the inner workings of type structure in the brain and how that information can help you relax type patterns and live a more fulfilling life.
Drawing on the work of David Daniels, Dan Siegel and the PDP Group, we will explore how subcortical pathways and innate temperament shape enneagram type structure, and how we can work with this knowledge to give ourselves more choices in life.

Through exploration, you’ll get insight into your personality structure and, through greater awareness, gain more choice in your daily life.

Learn how your type interacts with the centers and how you can use that knowledge to grow into the healthy expression of your type.
