How Personality Supports and Challenges Us
Each of us develops patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that support us in navigating life, but these same patterns sometimes hold us back. In this interactive session, we’ll explore patterns of your personality: how they can help you move through the world in meaningful ways, and how they can sometimes cause problems. Through exploration, you’ll get insight into your personality structure and, through greater awareness, gain more choice in your daily life.

Neuroscience Behind the Enneagram
Ever wondered what’s happening in the brain causing enneagram type to show up? Where do enneagram types come from and how do they form? What’s really going on when our attention keeps going back tot he same place? Come to this session to find out the inner workings of type structure in the brain and how that information can help you relax type patterns and live a more fulfilling life.
Drawing on the work of David Daniels, Dan Siegel and the PDP Group, we will explore how subcortical pathways and innate temperament shape enneagram type structure, and how we can work with this knowledge to give ourselves more choices in life.

Living Your Core Values
Do you have a clear understanding of what truly matters to you? In your day-to-day life, are you truly living by your values or are you on autopilot, responding to what life is throwing at you or acting out habitual patterns? In this interactive workshop, you’ll reflect on what you care about most and identify your core values. Then, we’ll explore practical ways to bring those values to life. This is an opportunity to connect with what gives your life meaning and to begin aligning your actions more intentionally with who you really are.

Navigating Polarities: Wisdom in the Tension Between Opposites
Not every challenge is a problem to be solved. Some are polarities to be managed. In this workshop, we’ll explore how seemingly opposing forces (like structure and flexibility, independence and connection, action and rest) can form a dynamic system rather than a conflict with a “right” side. Instead of choosing one and eliminating the other, we’ll explore how to move wisely between both poles to access the strengths of each. During this workshop, you will be guided to identify a polarity that is causing problems in your life and create a practical map to help navigate these dynamics with more awareness and balance in everyday situations.

Demystifying Enneagram Instincts
6-8 pm Pacific / 7-9 pm Mountain / 9-11 pm Eastern
The Enneagram instincts sound straightforward. It makes sense that we have instinctual drives for social, sexual, and self preservation needs. Even so, figuring out your own instinctual stack and understanding how to work with it can be a challenge. You will leave this session with a better understanding of the instincts and how you can work with them to grow in your Enneagram journey.

Imbalance of Centers
6-8 pm Pacific / 7-9 pm Mountain / 9-11 pm Eastern
Our three centers of intelligence: head, heart and gut – no matter which enneagram triad you belong to, everyone has access to them. However, each Enneagram type engages with the three centers in a different way. Learn how your type interacts with the centers and how you can use that knowledge to grow into the healthy expression of your type.
