The Enneagram offers more than a map of nine personality types. It reveals a web of interrelated patterns that describe laws of the universe and how human beings think, feel, and act within it. One way to explore these dynamics is through different Enneagram triads.
Each triad highlights a different dimension of experience. They provide insight into how we relate to others and ourselves, manage conflict and disappointment, pursue our goals, and express our gifts.
In this interactive session, we will explore the major Enneagram triads: Centers of Intelligence, Harmonic, Hornevian (or Stances), and Object Relations (or Harmony). Through teaching, dialogue, and reflection, we will look at what each triad reveals about our habitual strategies and deeper motivations. Consider your own patterns and how these groupings illuminate both your strengths and your challenges.
Together, we will explore how the triads interconnect and how awareness of them can open a path toward greater balance, empathy, and inner freedom.
