Widening the Field: Using Harmony Triads for Balance and Growth

We each have habitual patterns from our core type that come up often. One of the goals in working with the Enneagram is expanding what is possible by accessing other points on the symbol. The Harmony Triads show how each type can move around the Enneagram to access all three centers of intelligence and a broader range of strengths.

As a group, we have been working with different Enneagram triads in recent weeks, and this session builds on that shared exploration, though if you missed those discussions you will still get a lot out of this discussion. The Harmony Triads bring these different Triadic elements together and help us understand how to draw from capacities that our core type does not usually rely on.

This evening we explore how your Harmony pattern opens doorways into emotional, mental, and energetic qualities that can support balance and flexibility. You will have a chance to see what is possible when you shift into the other points in your Harmony Triad and how those shifts can widen your responses in daily life. Through exploration, you will come away with a clearer map of how to move beyond the habits of your core type and step into a more flexible and integrated way of engaging with the world.
