Each Enneagram point holds the potential for both constriction and expansion. When we are caught in stress or habit, our type patterns can act out from fear and lack, narrowing our perspective and causing us to show up in in ways we later regret. However, when we intentionally work with the Enneagram, each point then becomes a pathway to presence, wisdom, and compassion.
In this session, we will explore the “high side” and “low side” of each Enneagram point and what helps us shift our experience. Through reflection, discussion, and gentle self-observation, we will look at how each type expresses itself in both healthy and unhealthy ways. This awareness can help us recognize when we’re stuck and invite a more conscious, balanced response in any situation. Together, we’ll learn how to find choices in how we respond to life, allowing the Enneagram to become a living tool for growth and freedom.
