The Enneagram in Groups: Personality Traits, Stress, and Blind Spots (Intentional Living Circle)

Did you know you can apply personality typing to groups? Join us to explore group strengths, stress patterns, and blind spots, and discover practical ways to help groups function more effectively.

Description: Just as individuals have dominant personality styles, groups can also embody particular type qualities. A team, family, community, or country may naturally express the strengths, priorities, and habits of some styles more than others, shaping how the group functions as a whole.

In this Intentional Living Circle, we will explore how Enneagram type qualities show up in groups and what those qualities make possible. We will also look at what happens when groups come under stress, how their expression can shift, and how we can identify blind spots.

We will put theory to practice by typing real life groups and using what we discover to identify practical ways to improve the group’s functioning. You will be invited to reflect on groups in your own life and consider how understanding their dominant qualities, stress shifts, and blind spots can support healthier communication, wiser decisions, and stronger collaboration.

This is an Intentional Living Circle event, part of Connecting You with Yourself (CYWY).
